Dog Daisies

Dog Daisies are a cinematic DIY indie-pop band based around the home-studio adventures of Lancaster songwriter Stephen Hudson.
Inspired by midnight walks and motorways, they have released a flurry of playful, inventive records on
Sheffield label Bingo Records garnering praise from critics and spins aplenty from BBC 6 Music's Marc Riley.
Their latest record Moonbathing saw the band tour the UK as well as open for Katy J Pearson, The Pictish Trail, The Lovely Eggs and Steve Mason.
Fans of putting out songs in unconventional formats (postcards, recycled tapes); last summer's single Fenham Carr was released as an Alfred Wainwright-inspired walking pamphlet complete with hidden downloads on a 10 mile circular around their home city.
Akin to Sea Power, Mercury Rev and Grandaddy, Dog Daisies' brand of indie rock invites you to escape in the wilderness on their doorstep, whilst maintaining a lyrical romanticism and sound all of their own.
