The Lovely Eggs

Some bands need no introduction but for those that have been living under a rock in the Forest of Bowland out of earshot of the Gisburn Forest, what can we say about The Lovely Eggs. Being in a band is a way of life for them, its about art and creativity and following their own path and doing things their own way. Over the years they've not just created incredible punk music but art and their own TV show - Eggs TV -  featuring a host of household names from Gruff Rhys, Maxine Peake to Stewart Lee and John Cooper Clarke to me name but a few.

2024 saw the release of Eggsistentialism, their 7th album, and it hit the top spot in the Official UK Physical sales and independent album charts. They can count Iggy Pop as a fan, often played on his 6music show he also features on their track 'I,Moron'. Countless gigs up and down the country in their trusty van and endless radio appearances they go from strength to strength. Not bad for a band that has no manager, no booking agent and no label or publisher.

Having previously graced the stage at Seek Outs predecessor Cloudspotting we're sure you too cant wait to see them back in the Gisburn Forest, I know we can't!
